After Amy (founder of Miss A.M.I) suffered with her own mental health back in 2020, she started to Journal every day and it really started to help her, it wasn’t easy but she knew it was slowly starting to improve the way she felt and the way she saw things going on in her life at the time

Amy is a big believer in the power of Journaling and still does it now, that’s why we offer our support to anyone that needs it

Why Journal?

Journaling allows you to have a private space to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences, which can help you to process emotions. Writing can also help you to clarify your thoughts, identify any patterns or triggers as well as help you to solve problems.
Journaling can be used to track your personal growth, allow you space for self reflection and it is also good for mindfulness and self awareness. It can help you to gain control over your emotions and have a deeper understanding of yourself.
